Staff-training includes in-services and conference presentations for school districts, private agencies, medical professionals, law enforcement agencies, and others.

• In-service trainings provided by Special Learning 1-ON-1 LLC include detailed instruction on commonly observed behavioral challenges within educational settings.
• Trainings emphasize functional, data-informed behavior analysis to determine the underlying needs or functions served by behavior. Participants are instructed in strategies to proactively address these needs through evidence-based interventions and supports.
• In addition, Special Learning 1-ON-1 LLC offers conference presentations designed to support educators, administrators, and related service providers in the implementation of effective, compliant, and inclusive behavior support practices.In-services with Special Learning 1-ON-1 LLC include detailed descriptions of common behavioral difficulties and pitfalls
• In-services also describe how to avoid common pitfalls and analyze behavior in terms of what needs the behavior is meeting for the person engaging in the difficulties.
